Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high temperature/high pressure superheated steam efficiently preventing high temperature corrosion of a boiler tube as caused by chlorine.
SOLUTION: This superheated steam making apparatus has a thermal decomposition means 1 (for thermal decomposition reaction within a space at a temp. of at least 300°C), a char combustion means 10, a first steam making means 24 (for obtaining steam at a temp. of at most 400°C) and a second steam making means 20. A first filter means 291 is provided to separate large incombustibles and other maters discharged with respective to the matters discharged from an incombustible takeoff port 8 of the thermal decomposition means 1 and the other discharged matters are supplied to the bottom part side of a combustion means while a second filter means 292 is provided to separate small incombustibles and a fluid medium with respect to the matters discharged from an incombustible takeoff port 14 of a combustion means 10 and the fluid medium is supplied to the bottom part side of the combustion means. Moreover, a third filter means is provided on the outlet side of the second filter means to separate ash components and the fluid medium after the separation of the ash components is supplied to the bottom part side of the combustion means.
