PURPOSE: To construct a superhigh building by constituting the main body of the surrounding section forming an artificial recessed platform of numerous gigantic beams spanning spaces between gigantic pillars and, at the same time, the lowermost layer of the artificial ground forming the artificial platform of a gigantic plane truss.
CONSTITUTION: A number of gigantic pillars are erected on a foundation, with the pillars being inclined inward. An artificial recessed platform is formed of a surrounding section C1, the main body of which is constituted of gigantic beams C3 respectively containing truss walls C31, C32, and C33, and an artificial ground C2 which constitutes the bottom of the platform and the lowermost layer of which is constituted of a gigantic plane truss C21. Then the gigantic beams C3 of the surrounding section C1 are united to the gigantic pillars 3b at intervals from the lower sections 3b of the pillars 3.
