Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superhydrophilic coating agent excellent in terms not only of light transmissivity but also of productivity and used favorably for antifouling coating agents for visible light solar cell panels and/or antifouling, anticlouding coating agents for window glasses of skyscrapers, etc. and a coating film of the same.SOLUTION: The provided superhydrophilic coating agent not only includes (A) hydrophilic silica particles having diameters confined to a range of 1 nm to 100 nm but also includes (B) an aprotonic cationic resin as an organic binder and (C) an alcoholic and/or etheric solvent.
