Title:
SUPERSONIC WAVE PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS62195499
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To send the pressurized liquid by the supersonic waves generated by a vibrating element by constituting the captioned pump from a water inlet passage connected to a water inlet port formed between a pressurizing chamber and a vibrating element, water outlet passage connected to the water outlet hole of the pressurizing chamber and an oscillator connected to the electrode of the vibrating element.

CONSTITUTION: Receiving the electric signals having a desired frequency from an oscillator 5, a vibrating element 1 generates supersonic waves. The liquid on a pressurizing chamber 6 side is pressurized by the supersonic waves, and pushed to a water outlet passage hose 8 connected to a water outlet hole 7 at the top edge of the pressurizing chamber 6, and the liquid is supplied successively from a water inlet passage hose 3. Since the water outlet hole 8 at the top edge of the pressurizing chamber 6 is made thin at this time, the internal pressure in the pressurizing chamber 6 increases, but the counterflow of the liquid in the pressurizing chamber 6 side to the water inlet hose 8 side is prevented, since supersonic waves are generated towards the pressurizing chamber 6 from the vibrating element 1. Since the liquid is pressurized by the supersonic waves generated by the vibrating element 1, the mechanically driven parts is removed, and clogging, abrasion, etc. can be suppressed, and maintenance is facilitated.
