A preferable compounding ratio is 70-50 wt.% of the oxidoreductase based on 30-50 wt.% of the mycelia. Another example of the health supplementary foods comprises compounding mycelia of a mushroom with one or more kinds of oxidoreductases and a calcium component. A preferable compounding ratio is 65-45 wt.% of the oxidoreductase and 5-15 wt.% of the calcium component based on 30-50 wt.% of the mycelia. These health supplementary foods may contain further one or more kinds of decomposing enzymes.
