Abstract:
PURPOSE:To achieve the easier controlling and administration of the entire treating cells by distributing and supplementing the treating solution from the same supplementing cell to the plural surface treating cells parallel disposed on the treating line. CONSTITUTION:The Al (alloy) members having been cleaned of surfaces in a pretreating process part 1 are subsequently sent to electrolytic cells 4-8 in an electrolytic treating process part 2, whereby they are subjected to electrolytic treatment. Thence, they are sent to a post-treating process part 3, where they are subjected to finish treatment such as rinsing, electrocoloring and baking, whereby they are finished to products. Since the same electrolytic solution is distributively supplied from a supplementing cell 8 to all the electrolytic cells by way of corresponding circulating pumps 12-16, the quality is made consistent with all the electrolytic cells and their administration becomes easy.
