PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of noises by adopting a construction to send out products taken out and temporarily stored from in a container into the first tray to the second tray, and store and weight them until they come to a fixed amount in the second tray for discharging to a shoot.
CONSTITUTION: Forged products 10 in an unillustrated container are taken out and attracted by the excited electromagnet 28 of a frame 27. They are carried above the first tray 42, and the excitement is off to release them onto the tray 42. Since the tray 42 is oscillated by a vibrator 44, forged products 10 are successively dropped into a hopper 45 and stored. The forged products 10 stored in the hopper 45 comes to a fixed weight, a shutter frame 46 is inclined downward by the weight of the forged products 10, and a quantity detector 50 outputs a detection signal. Thereby, the vibrator 44 of the first tray 42 is stopped to stop the dropping of forged products 10, and a shutter is opened by an air cylinder 48 to discharge forged products 10 onto a shoot 51. This construction permits to minimize the discharging amount for preventing noises.
