Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for feeding a solid raw material capable of sucking the solid raw material from a raw material container, supplying to a hopper, and delivering the solid raw material from the hopper simultaneously, and a method for feeding.SOLUTION: The apparatus for feeding a solid raw material of a disinfectant for water treatment in a powder-particle state or a lump state includes: a hopper 2 for receiving a solid raw material from a raw material container 1 housing the solid raw material to temporarily store; a depressurizing suction device provided with a depressurized container 5 for sucking the solid raw material from the raw material container 1 through a suction pipe 6 to house, and feeding to the hopper 2 through a feed pipe 7, and a depressurizing suction machine 4 for reducing a pressure in the depressurized container 5; a feed on-off valve 8 provided to the feed pipe 7 connecting the depressurized container 5 with the hopper 2; a feeder 9 for deliver the solid raw material from the hopper 2; a dissolving tank 3 for receiving the solid raw material from the feeder 9 through a delivery pipe 10, and dissolving to produce a solution; and a delivery on-off valve 11 provided to the delivery pipe 10 connecting the feeder 9 with the dissolving tank 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
