Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a supply hopper by which the whole number of part of a spiral guide.
CONSTITUTION: In a supply hopper provided with a cylindrical drum 1 with a bottom consisting of a body 1a in whose inner periphery a spiral guide 3 is projectingly formed and a bottom plate 1b installed on its bottom opening part, a clearance between the risen part 3a of the spiral guide 3 and the bottom plate 1b is formed so as not to be in a sharp wedge shape by cutting up bottom side final turning of the spiral guide 3 of the body 1a by a smaller radius (r) than the prescribed radius R of the spiral guide 3 from an arbitrary start point (a). Part transfer from the bottom plate 1b to the spiral guide 3 is smoothened by forming a recessed part on the bottom plate 1b and holding the risen part 3a of the spiral guide 3 in the recessed part.
