PURPOSE: To increase processing ability in a device reduced in its cycle time by lifting a sheet material holding mechanism, which 2-step advances in almost the same pitch to the advancing pitch of a magazine, and simultaneously supplying and storing a workpiece before and after processing.

CONSTITUTION: First taking out the first workpiece to a holding bed 4 by a pusher 3 to be transported to a processing station by a transport, the workpiece finishing processing is returned to a holding bed 6. Here feeding a magazine 1 by one pitch to be placed in a position of the second workpiece, a lift mechanism 7 is moved by one pitch and positioned in height agreeing with a step where the first workpiece is originally present. Next actuating the pusher 3 and a pusher 5 simultaneously, the second workpiece is taken out to the holding bed 4, and the first workpiece is returned to be stored from the holding bed 6 to the step where the magazine 1 is originally present. Accordingly, the workpieces before processing and finishing processing can be supplied and stored simultaneously, and reducing the cycle time, processing ability can be increased.
