To provide a support band for fixing a wrist that can fix the wrist according to the purposes of bending the wrist to a required direction and preventing the wrist to be bent to a not required direction and can make a user to live using his hand without causing any trouble in his daily life.

The band is formed to fix the wrist by, according to the purposes, replacing a wrist fixing pad 1, which has a thin metal stick inside a magnet; and by fastening it with the 100% cotton band with velcro fastening (R).
