PURPOSE: To mount a suspension member such as a T-shaped bar in a suspension manner on a ceiling member speedily, surely and with a reduced labor.

CONSTITUTION: A metal fitting main body 11 provided with a fitting part to be fitted to a channel being a roof component is mounted on its one end while a groove part 15 holding a T-shaped bar on the other end and a holding member 23 having a groove 15' formed corresponding to the groove 15 on its one end and a projection 18 fitted in an engaging hole of the metal fitting main body formed on the other end are fitted in a side by side manner. A locking member 20 for holding and fixing the T-shaped bar is fitted in holes of side pieces 19, 19' formed at a side edge of the metal fitting main body so that it may rotate freely therein, and it is turned to be pushed upward from the upper face of the holding member 23, thereby the locking is made in one touch.
