Abstract:
To solve the problem that, since maple sap is a natural product and therefor has fluctuation in quality, it is difficult to predict the product quality after condensation.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for supporting production of maple syrup liquid for condensing maple sap. The support method includes steps of: inputting initial supply liquid information containing a sugar content and color information of supply liquid which is maple sap before condensation; inputting condensation target information containing a target sugar content of condensed liquid obtained by condensing maple sap; and outputting predicted color information for showing a predicted color of maple syrup liquid based on the initial supply liquid information and concentration target information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
