Title:
SUPPORT FOR SEMI-PERMEABLE MEMBRANE FOR MEMBRANE SEPARATION ACTIVE SLUDGE TREATMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2023092129
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a support for a semi-permeable membrane for membrane separation active sludge treatment which is excellent in fiber dispersion uniformity of a membrane coating surface, has good adhesion between a frame material composed of a semi-permeable membrane, a support and a resin, and a support for a semi-permeable membrane when a semi-permeable coating liquid for forming the semi-permeable film is coated onto a support for a semi-permeable membrane, has durability at a level not generating breakage and a slice at the time of filtration operation, and has good water conduction after film formation.SOLUTION: A support for a semi-permeable membrane for membrane separation active sludge treatment is a wet non-woven fabric which contains one or more kinds of stretched polyester fibers having a fiber diameter of 10 μm or more and less than 20 μm and stretched polyester fibers having a fiber diameter of 20 μm or more and less than 30 μm as main fibers, and contains a core sheath type polyester composite fiber which contains a terephthalic acid as a dicarboxylic acid component and ethylene glycol and tetramethylene glycol as diol components, and has crystalline copolymerization polyester having a melting point of 160-185°C as a sheath part, and non-stretched binder fibers, as binder fibers, wherein Frazier permeability of the wet non-woven fabric is 8.0-20.0 cm3/cm2 s, internal bond strength is 290 mJ or more, and a paper-making net surface of the wet non-woven fabric is a membrane coating surface.SELECTED DRAWING: None
