Abstract:
To provide a support system and a coin laundry support system which can easily connect a user to a service center on a toll-free basis.SOLUTION: A support system according to an embodiment of the present invention has a support display apparatus which is connected to a network and can display plural pieces of support information including images on a screen for a user, and a service center terminal which is connected to the network and supports the user using the support display apparatus. If the user watches one of the images corresponding to his/her selection operation and touches a call button displayed on a part of the image, the support display apparatus of the support system activates a call application to automatically connect it to the service center terminal on a toll-free basis, which allows a toll-free call between the support display apparatus and the service center terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
