PURPOSE: To facilitate workability and prevent sliding down by providing a cut-off superposed portion on a mortar supporting plate made of an elastic sheet material which is a hole-filling supporter for supporting mortar, etc. and making the supporter outwardly up slope from a pipe inserting hole.

CONSTITUTION: In order to fill the gap between a pipe inserting hole provided on a concrete structure and the pipe P inserted therein, a hole-filling supporter 1 is installed on the outside of a pipe P to support a filler such as mortar, etc. A mortar supporting plate 2 which is formed with an elastic sheet material nearly in a ring shape via a cut-off superposed portion 3 can be opened by bendingly separating cut-off pieces 7, 7 from each other. Further, it is formed in a pun-shaped up slope from the pipe inserting hole 4 of the ring type inside 5 to the outside portion 6 while providing an engaging portions 8 on the end portions. As a result, the engaging work can be performed one touch while enabling sure supporting without sliding down.
