To provide a supporter for a top-hinged swinging door, in which anyone can move and adjust a wheel easily in the left-right direction (the rail- width direction) and the vertical direction from the outside by a simple mechanism and which can be installed to the top-hinged swinging door by single operation.

The supporter is composed of a block body 3 supporting a vertical bolt 2 having a traveling wheel 1 at an upper end, a frame body 4 movably holding the block body left and right and a easing 5 receiving the frame body 4 by single operation and detachably engaging with the frame body and holding it. The supporter has a structure in which a cam hole 6 is formed to the front end face of the block body 3, a cam 7 is inserted into the cam hole 6 and a cam operating section 9 connected to the cam 7 is exposed from the front end face of the frame body 4, the block body 3 is formed so as to be able to be moved and adjusted in the left-right direction in the frame body 4 together with the bolt 2 by rotating the cam operating section 9, the bolt 2 is mounted on the block body 3 through bevel gears 13 and 14 vertically movably and a rotary operating section 16 for turning the bevel gears is exposed from the front end face of the frame body 4.
