PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive supporter easy to fit by cutting a continuous, expandable belt-like sheet main body to the length to be wound on the ankle and plantar arch, and sewing the overlap section of the sheet main body corresponding to the bend section of the ankle.

The start section 2 is put on the bend section 4 of the ankle 3, the belt-like sheet 1 is wound on the medial malleolus section 6 then wound on the plantar arch section 8 along the instep section 7, a butt section 15 is formed to have a gap 15A between the terminal section 2A and the start section 2 on the bend section 4, and an overlap section 11 is arranged. Overlapped outer peripheral edge sections 12, 12A of the belt-like sheet 1 are sewn, a space is formed with the gap 15A serving as an opening section, a cushioning material is inserted into the space section from the gap 15A, and a supporter main body A is formed.
