Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the concentration of stresses on the leading portion of a lead wire and solidly support it by leading the lead wire while bending so that the end portion is placed on the end portion of an adjacent coil and providing an insulating ring on the periphery of the lead wire leading portion for securing. CONSTITUTION:The lead wire 5 is led being bent so that the end portion is placed on the adjacent stator coil end portion 2B. Then, an insulating tape 4 such as glass tape is wound around the periphery of the leading portion of said lead wire, and the end portion is secured to the stator coil end portion by using binding thread 6. Then, the whole is treated with varnish. Thereby, stresses are not concentrated on the leading portion of the lead wire 5 and relieved. Accordingly, the lead wire supporting portion can be formed solidly.
