Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-back boos provided with an easily operable adjusting mechanism or a high-back support of a high-back binding.
SOLUTION: The supporting mechanism 10 fixed to the rear side of a high- back support 8 includes a lever 18, and the lever 18 is in selective engagement with a portion of a support member 5 so that the support 8 can be set between a supporting position and a release position or can be released therefrom. At the supporting position, the support 8 is disposed so as to engage with the rear part of a snow board to provide a rigid plane, thereby allowing a rider of the snow board to take a forwardly inclined posture. At the release position, the support 8 can be turned, and hence the rider of the snow board can easily walk.
