Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the supporting and positioning of medical equipment to be used for the medical treatment of catatonic incontinence by fixing a fitting bracket onto a supporting plate positioned under a patient and providing a longitudinally long recessed member fixed and positioned to the fitting bracket so as to be used for a medical treatment procedure. SOLUTION: A vaginal speculum 304 is provided with a longitudinally long recessed member 360 and a supporting stem 362, the supporting stem 362 is fitted at the near end of the recessed member 360, a slot 364 is formed at the position of a short distance from the base part of the stem 362, and a notched knob 366 is fitted. A buttocks plate 306 is fitted to a buttocks pocket so that a flat supporting plane 350 can be flatly placed on a table under the patient, and a fitting arm 352 is arranged between the legs of the patient. Then, the vaginal speculum 304 and the pocket are inserted into the vagina of the patient and after the vaginal speculum 304 is set at any prescribed position, the vaginal speculum 304 is adjusted by vertically moving the slot 364. Then, the knob 366 is screwed into a hole 354, and the vaginal speculum is locked on the plate 306.
