Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress the mechanical vibration of a load by modelling a load system by an electric circuit and arranging the modelled load system in parallel with a main loop of a control system. CONSTITUTION:When the torque of a turning motion system is made to correspond to the voltage of the electric circuit, the correspondence of other various values is shown in the table. When the torque T is applied, current in a model circuit indicates the speed of the load system. When current flowing into a part corresponding to motor shaft conversion equivalent inertia JL is converted into voltage, the speed of the load is expressed as the voltage and the voltage signal indicates the speed of the load, so that the voltage signal becomes like vibration especially when there is a resonance system. When the phase-reversed electrical signal is applied to the input of an acceleration amplifier with proper gain, force for commanding the completely reverse movement against the movement of the load system can be generated, so that the mechanical signal can be relatively attenuated.
