Abstract:
To provide a surface flaw occurrence cause specification system capable of estimating the occurrence cause of surface flaw, and a method for manufacturing an industrial product capable of improving productivity and a yield by using the system.SOLUTION: A surface flaw occurrence cause specification system (1) includes a flaw detection part (13) for detecting a surface flaw of a raw material after plastic working, a first sub system (11) for classifying the surface flaw into a flaw type corresponding to a form, a second sub system (12) for associating occurrence information of the surface flaw with multidimensional coordinates of the raw material, and a control part (10) for creating a flaw density distribution diagram for each flaw type on the basis of the flaw type classified by the first sub system and the coordinates associated by the second sub system, and specifying an occurrence process of the surface flaw or chemical components to be a flaw occurrence cause on the basis of the flaw density distribution diagram.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
