A surface hardened plate prepared by laminating a surface hardening layer or a primer layer and then the surface hardening layer sequentially on an ultraviolet absorbent containing polycarbonate resin plate. The surface hardening layer is constituted of organopolysiloxane resin and the ultraviolet absorbent containing polycarbonate resin plate is a laminated plate of polycarbonate resin prepared by covering the surface of a polycarbonate resin plate with a polycarbonate resin layer compounded with an ultraviolet absorbent of 1-20wt.%.
