Title:
SURFACE MATERIAL FOR SANITARY SUPPLIES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6434365
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the visual dryness of a surface material by transferring a colored liquid such as menstrual blood within a short time in a reduction in the return of the liquid, by providing openings to the inclined part formed to the wall part of an opaque hydrophobic film and not covering the perforated inclined part with the top part of said film.

CONSTITUTION: A surface material is composed of an opaque hydrophobic film having a top part 1, a bottom part 2 and the wall part 3 connecting both parts. Openings 4 are provided to a part of the inclined part formed to said wall part 3 and the inclined part having the openings 4 is not covered with the top part 1. The openings 4 thus formed allow the colored liquid such as menstrual blood discharged from a human body to rapidly transfer to absorb the same and subsequently prevents the return of the liquid to the surface from an absorbing body to shield the colored liquid absorbed by the absorbing body. Further, since the opening 4 are not covered with the top part 1, even when large pressure is added to the absorbable body by the body of a user, the openings 4 are positioned in the surface material and the transfer of the liquid is not constructed.
