To provide a crystal vibrator by which a low height is realized very inexpensively and which has provision for reflow soldering.

This crystal vibrator 1 is made up of a crystal vibrator main body 10 and a plurality of lead terminals 12, 13. The tip of the lead terminals 12, 13 is folded so as to be in contact with an electrode pad (electrode connection part) of a substrate. Then high-temperature solder layers 12a, 13a by high- temperature solder plating are formed to at least the tips of the lead terminals 12, 13 respectively, and high-temperature solder plating is applied even to an end of a metallic case 10a which is opposite the lead terminals extension direction, so as to form a high-temperature solder layer 10b.
