Abstract:
To provide a surface protective agent composition that shows excellent curability when turned into a thin film, while having excellent anti-corrosive performance to prevent metal corrosion, and a coated wire with a terminal using the same.SOLUTION: A surface protective agent composition contains, based on the total amount of the composition, a phosphorus compound of a specific structure (a) 0.1-10 mass% in terms of phosphorus element, a metal-containing compound (b-1) 0.1-10 mass% in terms of metal element or an amine compound (b-2) 0.1-5.0 mass% in terms of nitrogen element, a (meth) acrylate having a hydrocarbon chain with 4 or more carbon atoms (c) of 1.0-70 mass%, an acylphosphine oxide photopolymerization initiator (d) of 0.1-10 mass%, and at least one selected from an arylphosphine compound of a specific structure (e-1) and an arylphosphite compound of a specific structure (e-2) of 0.1-10 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
