PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated metal powder excellent in sinter delay property and dispersibility in a paste.SOLUTION: There is provided a surface treated metal powder which satisfies following formulas:50≤x≤1500 and y≥0.2x+600, where x (μg) is a coating weight of one kind of element selected from a group consisting of Al, Si, Ti, Zr, Ce and Sn to the metal powder of 1 g and y (°C) is a sinter initiation temperature and to which 2 or more kinds of primary amine, secondary amine and tertiary amine are absorbed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
