Abstract:

To provide a surface-treated powder which cannot be easily eluted with water and a solvent such as ethanol.

The surface treated powder is obtained by coating the surface of a powder particle to be surface-treated with a specific surface treating agent and the surface treating agent contains a fluoroalkyl acrylate/polyalkylene glycol acrylate polymer obtained by copolymerizing a monomer including (a) a fluorine-containing monomer represented by formula (I), CH2=C(-X)-C(=O)-Y-[-(CH2)m-Z-]p-(CH2)n-Rf, and (b) an alkoxy group-containing monomer represented by formula (II), CH2=C(X3)-C(=O)-O-(RO)q-X4, as essential components, and a treating auxiliary of (c) a polyvalent acidic substance or a polyvalent basic substance as essential components. In the formulas, each symbol has a special definition.
