Title:
SURFACE TREATED STEEL PLATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS56130477
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To considerably enhance the corrosion resistance and coating adhesion of a steel plate and the endurance of a film formed on the plate by plating the surface of a material for the plate with an Ni-Zn alloy and forming a phosphate cost of a specified thickness and a chromate coat of a specified thickness in order.

CONSTITUTION: The surface of a material for a steel plate is plated with an Ni- Zn alloy contg. 9W20% Ni, and on the plated layer a phosphate coat is formed so as to adjust the amount of phosphate stuck to 0.5W3.0g/m2. On the phosphate coat a chromate coat is further formed so as to adjust the amount of Cr stuck to 3W 30mg/m2.
