Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment device which efficiently applies ruggedness to any sheet among a sheet for ink jet, a thermosensitive recording sheet, a thermodevelopable sheet, an electrophotographic sheet, and a silver halide photographic sheet.
SOLUTION: The surface treatment device has a sheet member heating means for heating a sheet member including at least a thermoplastic resin layer, and a sheet member ruggedness forming means arranged on a post stage side of the sheet member heating means to form ruggedness on the thermoplastic resin layer. The image forming apparatus has an image forming means for forming a visible image on the sheet member by printing or color development, and a surface treating means for subjecting the sheet member formed with the image by the image forming means to surface treatment.
