PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin sheet having good blocking resistance and clarity by coating a thermoplastic resin sheet with a treating solution containing a mixture of organic fine particles with sucrose laurate or another sucrose fatty acid ester.

CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin sheet such as a polypropylene sheet is coated on at least one surface with a treating solution which is prepared by admixing sucrose laurate or another sucrose fatty acid ester to organic fine spherical particles softening at 100°C or higher and having 4-25μ particle sizes such as polyethylene fine particles in an amount of 0.1-5wt.% in an amount of 10∼500mg/m2 to give this thermoplastic sheet of high blocking resistance without damage to the appearance and the clarity of the thermoplastic sheet. The use of the organic particles having 0.1 or less difference in refractive index from the thermoplastic resin sheet gives a thermoplastic resin sheet of 85-100% visible ray transmittance.
