To provide a surface working device capable of creating an irregularity on the required position of a work and a fine irregularity creating method using the same.
The surface working device is composed by assembling a main shaft part and a depression working part, wherein the main shaft part is provided with a main shaft 2, and the depression working part is provided with a working part which is provided with a working part displacing means 9 and a pushing means 10 so as to create the fine irregularity by depressing a part of the surface of the work 1. The depression working part is provided with a roller 7, a roller displacing means 9 and a pushing means 10, wherein the roller 7 depresses a part of the surface of the work 1 to create the fine irregularity. By using the surface working device, the work 1 and the roller 7 are rotated, the working position of the roller 7 pushes the work 1, and the fine irregularity is created on the surface of the work 1 by displacing the roller 7.
