PURPOSE: To execute the centerless grinding of the surface of an aluminum pipe and an aluminum alloy pipe which are manufactured by the extrusion and/or extraction method, shorten the surface working process of the aluminum pipe and the aluminum alloy pipe where the roller burnishing working is executed, and eliminate the environmental problems.

CONSTITUTION: Centerless grinding is executed by using the water emulsion which is the working liquid for the centerless grinding, the emulsion left on the pipe surface is cleaned and removed by kerosene, and the roller burnishing working is executed by using the kerosene as the working liquid.
