Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reactive surfactant of a phosphate type which may be industrially efficiently prepared and is excellent as a reforming agent, or the like, for resins. SOLUTION: The phosphate type surfactant expressed by formula general formula (1) (where R1 denotes hydrogen atom or methyl group; X denotes methylene group or carbonyl group; (AO)n denotes a polyoxyalkyene group composed of 0 to 30 mol% EO and 100 to 70 mol% >=3C AO; M denotes hydrogen atom, a metal atom or ammonium; (m) denotes a number of 1 to 2 and (n) denotes a number of >=1). This surfactant is useful as an emulsifier for emulsion polymerization, a dispersant for suspension polymerization and the reforming agent for the resins.
