To provide a surgical auxiliary table firmly fixed to a traction surgical table for lower limb joint surgery and having high safety, and a traction surgical table for lower limb joint surgery including the surgical auxiliary table.SOLUTION: A surgical auxiliary table 1 is placed on three rod-like members 112 and 121 of a traction surgical table 100 for lower limb joint surgery. The surgical auxiliary table 1 comprises a mat part 10 on which the lower limbs of a patient undergoing surgery are placed, a plurality of legs 20 provided on the lower surface 12 of the mat part 10, a protrusion part 30 protruding downward near a center of the lower surface 12, a rail part 40 formed on the protrusion part 30, and a holding part 50 slidably attached to the rail part 40. The holding part 50 includes a slide part 51 slidable on the rail 40, and a belt part 52 fixed to the slide part 51 and suspending from the slide part 51. The surgical auxiliary table 1 is firmly fixed to the traction surgical table 100 for lower limb joint surgery by tightening the belt part 52 so as to enclose the rod-like members 112 and 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
