Abstract:
To provide a surgical cavity stabilization reservoir that allows a surgical field to be maintained stably even for an operation that causes a sudden pressure drop in a surgical cavity without using an expensive and large-scale system in endoscopic pneumoperitoneum in a narrow surgical cavity, etc.SOLUTION: A surgical cavity stabilization reservoir 1 includes: a reservoir bag 10 disposed between a surgical cavity 90 and an exhaust device 72, which is formed of a flexible bag body whose capacity can be expandable and contractible by gas pressure; a port part 20 having an inlet port 22 and an outlet port 23 that serve as supply and exhaust ports of pneumoperitoneum gas for the reservoir bag 10; a trap 30 for trapping effluents such as surgical mist from the surgical cavity, which is connected to the port part 20 and is arranged in the reservoir bag; a protection bottle 40 formed of a transparent rigid material for storing the reservoir bag 10 inside; and a bottle cap 50 for connecting the reservoir bag 10 and the port part 20 with the protection bottle 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
