To provide a surgical operating apparatus capable of being easily assembled and capable of being inexpensively manufactured.
A threaded pin 235 is fixed to the proximal end of a drive pipe 19 to rotate jaws. The threaded pin 235 is made to penetrate into a screw hole part of a connection tube 34 in such a state as screwed into the screw hole to form a connector to connect the drive pipe 19 and the connection tube 34. A guide cylinder 33 is fitted to the outside of a flared part 229 at the proximal end of a sheath 18. The large-diameter part of the threaded pin 235 is engaged with a slit 234 of the guide cylinder 33. In this way, the drive pipe 19, the connection tube 34 and the guide cylinder 33 can be connected with the threaded pin 235 in such a way that the connector can be integrally moved in the axial direction of the sheath 18 relative to the guide cylinder 33 along the slit 234 and in such a state as to prevent the rotation.
