To provide a device for cutting an affected part of a lumen tissue from a lumen for anastomosing a residual part of the lumen tissue by a fastening means.
In the surgical operation method and device 12, the tissue 210, or preferably the lumen tissue 208 is cut, preferably in the lumen, and the other parts of an organ is anastomosed by staples or other fastening means. The device is inserted through a natural opening in a human body or a surgically cut opening, and then it is sent to a subject section for an operation by use of an endoscope or a radiation image guide. The device is disposed to send the tissue 208 and 210 to be cut into an inner cavity of the device under the endoscope or the image guide. The device cuts an affected tissue after stapling, and the cut affected tissue is held in the device. A dehiscence generated at an edge of a healthy tissue is anastomosed by surgical staples.
