The device is disposed to send the tissue 208 and 210 to be cut into an inner cavity of the device under the endoscope or the image guide. The device cuts an affected tissue after stapling, and the cut affected tissue is held in the device. A dehiscence generated at an edge of a healthy tissue is anastomosed by surgical staples.
