Provided is a monitoring camera which enables a security guard to promptly deal with an incident that has occurred. The monitoring camera is provided with a communication unit, a detection unit, and a delivery unit. The communication unit connects wirelessly with a terminal. The detection unit detects an incident by analyzing video data from the camera. The delivery unit delivers, to the terminal, information related to the detected incident.
