Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out safe and sure conveyance by providing a retaining plate just below a running carriage, and holding a conveyed object interposed between this retaining plate and a pallet, in a conveyer wherein the pallet lifted by a motor is suspended to the running carriage of running along a ceiling rail or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of winding drums 4 are arranged in the central part of a pair of rihgt/left supporting plates 3 of a carriage A self-propelling along ceiling rail 1, and free ends of suspending belts 7 unwound from each drum 4 are stopped to four corner parts of a pallet B. In the pallet B, a belt conveyer 22, where a pair of endless belts 20 over the total width of a base frame 8 are rotated by a motor 21, is arranged, and by rotating this conveyer 22, a conveyed object is carried onto the conveyer 22. A retaining plate 15 is elastically supported to the carriage A through suspending levers 12.... of winding a compression spring 17, and by hoisting the pallet B through the suspending belt 7 to a position where an upper surface of the conveyed object is brought into contact with the retaining plate 15, the conveyed object is interposed between the retaining plate 15 and the pallet B.
