To improve stability of a vehicle by reducing oversteer.
A vehicle body 1 includes: a steering angle sensor 12 for detecting a steering angle δ; and a yaw rate sensor 13 for detecting an actual yaw rate r. A controller 15 determines whether or not, the vehicle is in an oversteer condition, based on the steering angle δ and the actual yaw rate r. When determining that the vehicle is in the oversteer condition, the controller 15 controls damping a force command signal IRR of a rear wheel side according to a difference between a target yaw rate r0 based on the steering angle δ and the actual yaw rate r. Thereby, when the vehicle is in the oversteer condition, the damping force of contract stroke among both rear wheels 3 of the vehicle body 1 is regulated hard, while the damping force of elongation stroke is regulated soft.
