CONSTITUTION: A thin cylindrical case 1 is formed of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene. The cylindrical case 1 is composed of a case body 2 and a cap body 3 that is fitted for covering the opening of the case body 2, and engaging means 4 and 5 are provided respectively at a position near the opening of the case body 2 and at the cap body 3 so that the engaging means are meshed with each other.
