Abstract:
To enable controlling a damping force corresponding to a wide vibration range from a low frequency to a high frequency during vehicle travel, and improve ride comfort of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A hydraulic draft gear 1 is provided with a frequency sensitive part (free valve 37) for reducing a damping force to vibration of a high frequency equal to or higher than a previously set cut-off frequency. A controller 50 variably adjusts with respect to a motion of a low-frequency rather than a cut-off frequency in motions of a vehicle, damping force characteristics by a damping force adjusting device 17 of the hydraulic draft gear 1 so as to generate a damping force in a wide range from soft characteristics to hard characteristics in accordance with a motion state. With respect to the motion of a high-frequency range equal to or higher than the cut-off frequency, a damping force higher than the soft characteristics is a lower limit, and the damping force characteristics of the hydraulic draft gear 1 are variably adjusted to the hard characteristics in accordance with a motion state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
