Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension insulation with an electric charging display function having excellent durability and capable of readily finding out an insulation failure insulation without going up a steel tower, and a method of detecting an insulation with insulation failure therewith.SOLUTION: A suspension insulation with an electric charging display function of the present invention is equipped with a plurality of projections 5 that generate uv ray by causing a micro-discharge at a rating voltage of an electric line to a cap metal fitting 2 or a pin metal fitting 3.
