PURPOSE: To improve the flashing and appearance quality of a building unit by making exterior finish works unnecessary after the removal of a suspension- wire connector by disposing the suspension-wire connector to an internal surface section facing an upper space from the skylight-window opening section of a structure.
CONSTITUTION: In the suspension structure of the building unit 10 having a skylight-window opening section 24 in the upper section of an upper beam 20 as a structure, a suspension-wire connector 27 is disposed to an internal surface section facing an upper space from the skylight-window opening section 24 of the upper beam 20. Accordingly, exterior finish works need not be conducted after the removal of the suspension-wire connector 27 in the case of the completion of installation, and the flashing and appearance quality and the like of the building unit 10 can be improved.
