To solve the problem that when a suspended case is repeatedly vibrated up and down by waves and the like, a case body causes rolling and the case body collides with a suspension cable or a vibration damping cable, and the acoustic performance of an underwater acoustic wave receiver is deteriorated.
A holder 12 brought into contact with a case body 7 and a suspension string 11 are provided. One end of the suspension string 11 is connected to a clip 9, the other end side is centrally held by the protrusion 13 of the holder 12, and the other end is connected to a vibration damping cable 5. The case body 7 is supported by two points of a suspension string connecting point of the clip 9 and the center of the holder 12 through the suspension string 11.
