To prevent generation of noise (creaking sound) from between an outer peripheral part of an outer member and a fixed part of a vehicle body when a suspension spring and an upper part of a shock absorber are supported on the fixed part of the vehicle body, in a front suspension or a rear suspension of the vehicle.
The suspension structure for the vehicle includes an inner member 5 mounted to the suspension spring 1 and the upper part of the shock absorber 2; an outer member 8 arranged at an outer side of the inner member 5; and an elastic body 11 mounted so as to be laid on the inner and outer members 5, 8. The outer peripheral part 8b of the outer member 8 is connected by a bolt 9 in the state that it is contacted with the fixed part 10 of the vehicle body, and the suspension spring 1 and the upper part of the shock absorber 2 are supported on the fixed part 10 of the vehicle body. A portion 8c of lower rigidity than the other portion of the outer member 8 is provided at a portion between a portion mounted with the elastic body 11 and a portion connected to the fixed part 10 of the vehicle body in the outer member 8.
