Title:
SUSPENSION TYPE HORIZONTAL BAR FOR FORWARD UPWARD CIRCLING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005040367
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve the problem (i) that a pupil who has insufficient muscular strength has difficulty in putting his/her belly on a horizontal bar by himself/herself since his/her arms are completely extended in the state of reverse chinning and (ii) that a conventional movable horizontal bar takes time to move and install since it has complicated structure and heavy weight.

This suspension type horizontal bar (1) for forward upward circling is a frame obtained by curving an iron or aluminum pipe, and its plane shape is rectangular with round corners. When using the horizontal bar, an upper horizontal bar (2) being a shorter edge is held horizontally by being suspended with chain from strong playground equipment such as a suspension exercise bar, a high horizontal bar, the beam of a house or a balcony. Then, by grasping vertical bars (3a and 3b) on both sides extending upward from a lower horizontal bar (5), forward upward circling is easily performed. The pupil can perform forward upward circling easily by grasping the grasping parts (4a and 4b) of the vertical bars (3a and 3b) on both of the sides extending upward from the lower horizontal bar (5) to be used as a low horizontal bar for putting his/her belly thereon.
