Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a penetration delivery device suitable for oral administration, etc., capable of controlling time to release an active material in colon area, excellent in medicinal persistency by forming a solid core containing the active material, coating the core with a delaying jacket then coating with a semipermeable membrane.
CONSTITUTION: This penetration delivery device is obtained by forming the solid core containing the active material such as peptide, etc., coating the core with the delay jacket, coating the core with a copolymer of methacrylic acid ester, etc., on demand, applying a release orifice to the membrane, coating a colon soluble skin such as cellulose acetate-phthalate NF, etc., on this semipermeable membrane.
